You can create an order by creating a membership on our site or as a guest user. After creating your membership, you can add the product to your cart by going to the page of the product you want to buy, choosing the color, number / size you like, and pressing the "Add to cart" button. Then, by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" on the top right of our page, after the cargo and delivery information that the system will ask you, you can write your payment information and place your order. 

Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section in the upper right corner of the page, click on the *forgotten password* link and enter your e-mail address that you used when registering on the site, an e-mail will be sent to you in a very short time containing the password you have informed us while logging into the site. 

First of all, when you become a member, you should make sure that the member form you fill out contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problem that may arise after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using your contact information in your membership information. 

Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. In order to avoid any problems during the delivery of the cargo, you must write your address with all the details. 

After your order reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address that you used to create a membership on our site, stating the details of your order. 

Our customer representatives will prepare and ship your products in order to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problems. After receiving your order, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days on average. This period may change during the campaign periods.

When your product is delivered to the cargo company, an e-mail will be sent to you again and you will be informed about the cargo. Orders placed by credit card are processed immediately. 

After logging in to all the orders you have placed on our site, you can follow up on the My Orders section of your account page. 

Orders made from Yingyoung.com can be canceled by the customer before they are delivered to the cargo. You can report it to the Online Shopping Officer at 0212 274 07 68. 

Cancellation cannot be made for invoiced orders.

After your order has been placed, product changes cannot be made.

In case the recipient is not at the address, a delivery can be made by the cargo officer after checking the identity information of a relative.

If your order is in the "Preparing" status, you can change the delivery address. You must forward your address change request to our Call Center at 0212 274 07 68. Address changes cannot be made for orders with an order status of "Prepared-Ready for Cargo" or "Delivered for Cargo".

You can add Gift wrap and gift note on the product page while creating your order.
