When will my order arrive?

  • The products you buy are delivered to the cargo companies within a period of 1-3 working days.
  • When the order is delivered, you will be informed by the cargo company via SMS.
  • After it is shipped, you can track the shipping stages of your order from the 'Where is my Cargo?' link in the 'My Orders' tab in the 'My Account' section.

What is the delivery time?

  • Delivery times of your orders delivered to courier may vary according to the province / districts you are in and the delivery times of the courier companies. Delivery is provided within 1-3 working days on average within Istanbul.
  • You can access the “Possible Delivery Date” information by clicking the “Where is my cargo” button on the My Orders screen and in the notification e-mail sent to you. You can get detailed information by calling the Call Center of the cargo company.

Where is my cargo?

  • When your order is delivered to cargo, you will receive an informative SMS.
  • You can track your order from the "Cargo Tracking" link in the information message.
  • “Where is my cargo?” in the “My Orders” tab in the “My Account” section. You can track your order from the link.

How do I make my return?

You can return your products, unused, complete with all accessories and original invoice within 30 days, free of charge.

In terms of health and hygiene and in accordance with the relevant legislation; Unconditional returns of underwear products such as bras and panties are not accepted.

  • They can be returned if they have not been used.

The code, name, reason for return and other requested information of the product you want to return must be filled in completely.

The item to be returned is unworn; packaging and product must be undamaged.

You can send the products you have purchased free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo, the cargo company we have a contract with.

Our domestic cargo customer number is: 907 088 239. Write this code on the cargo package and inform the cargo officer.

The shipping fee of the returns sent with cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Cargo belongs to our customer.

What are the products that cannot be exchanged or returned?

Thermal products, panties, silicone products, accessories, jewelry, cosmetic products and corsets are not exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

How does the return process work?

Your return will first be examined by the return team and it will be investigated whether it complies with the conditions stated above.

Returns of products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited into your account within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation by calling customer service for your orders in the Preparing status. Cancellation is not possible for orders delivered to cargo.

***Some cargo companies do not work on public holidays. Therefore, there may be delays in deliveries. Special applications that coincide with these days will be informed in detail on our website.
